Honing box: it is used to drive the tool to rotate, steplessly adjustable.The The variable frequency motor drives the spindle to rotate through the gear reducer. The gears are precision ground and the gear tooth surface is high-frequency quenched. The tooth surface hardness is HRC48-52. The spindle is supported by a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and thrust ball bearings.

Workpiece support rest:The V-shaped structure uses the positive and negative lead screws to control the centering movement of the two bevels of the V-shaped.

Honing rod support rest:Support the honing rod during machining and measurement.
Two sets, one fixed to the bed and the other moving on the linear guide rail of the bed.

Coolant system：Composed of pump, paper bag filter, magnetic roller filter, oil tank.
The oil level, oil temperature,flow rate and pressure are digital displayed on the operation screen.

External and Internal oil supply for the tool:external oil injection and internal oil inlet, which can be selected and switched at the operating station.

Guide rail lubrication：The guide rail slider blocks used for the reciprocating movement of the grinding rod box is automatically lubricated by an automatic lubrication station, and there is a liquid level alarm on the lubrication station.

Honing Tool expansion and contraction:The tool expansion and contraction controlled by servo motor. It can achieve both constant pressure expansion and quantitative expansion.

SIEMENS PLC control.The touch screen could set reciprocating speed, rotation speed, tool feed rate, etc.

Automatic partial honing:The processing interface provides real-time feedback of the current curve, automatically honing the small apertures to achieve consistency of the entire processing aperture.
