Product detail Description: 

Cutter tool rotating : The servo main motor drives the spindle to rotate through the gear reducer, and the cutter tool speed is stepless. A motor drives a spindle rotation, the cutter tool speed is stepless and adjustable, the speed range is 60~600rpm. 

Cutter tool infeeding: The servo motor drives the rack and pinion structure through the reducer, the cutter tool infeed amount is stepless and adjustable, and the cutter tool infeed range is 5~100mm/min.

CNC system: The machine adopts SIEMENS-828D CNC system. Its’function is to control cutter tool rotary speed, the cutter tool infeed, the tightening and loosening action of the oil pressure head spindle, cutting oil supply, automatic loading and unloading. 

Cooling system: The cooling system is composed of an oil tank, an automatic chip conveyor, an oil chiller, a drum type paper bag filter, Automatic centrifuge oil shedding machine, and 4 groups of pump groups.
