1. Machine Overview

1.1 The machine adopts gun drilling (external chip removal) processing technology.

1.2 It is designed for machining workpieces with distributed coordinate holes, and can process through holes, blind holes and stepped holes.

1.3 Basic structural parts including the bed, boxes, worktable, column and column base are cast from high-quality HT300 cast iron, and undergo twice aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.

1.4 The machine is equipped with 5 servo axes:

X-axis: Drives the lateral movement of the workpiece; adopts ball linear guideways; the servo motor drives the ball screw via a servo reducer; CNC controlled; guideways are protected by telescopic stainless steel guideway covers.

Y-axis: Drives the vertical lifting movement of the tool; adopts ball linear guideways; the servo motor with brake drives the ball screw via a servo reducer; CNC controlled; equipped with counterweight for balance.

Z-axis: Drives the feed movement of the tool; adopts ball linear guideways; the servo motor directly drives the ball screw; CNC controlled.

W-axis: Controls the distance between the column and the worktable; adopts double rectangular sliding guideways with precision ground and quenched guideway surfaces; the servo motor drives the ball screw via a servo reducer; guideways are protected by telescopic stainless steel guideway covers; CNC controlled.

B-axis: Controls the indexing of the workpiece; adopts a CNC rotary worktable structure which can realize arbitrary indexing; CNC controlled.
