3 Axis deep hole drilling machine adopts gun drilling method(outer chip removal) processing technology. It is used for machining workpiece with coordinate hole distribution, and can process straight holes, oblique holes, through holes, blind holes and stepped holes.
Machine brief:
The machine has 6 servo axis.
X axis：It is used to drive the workpiece horizontal movement; roll linear guide rail; servo motor drive ball screw through servo reducer; CNC control; it adopts telescopic stainless steel guide shield to protect guide way.
Y axis：It used to drive cutter tool elevating movement; Rolling linear guide way; Servo motor with lock drive ball screw through servo reducer; CNC control; Balancer counterweight.。
Z axis：It used to drive tool infeed motion; rolling linear guide; servo motor drive ball screw; CNC control. 
W axis：It used to control the distance between the column and the worktable; the double rectangular slide guide, the precision grinding of the rail surface, the quenching treatment; the servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer; the telescopic stainless steel guide protective cover guide is adopted; CNC control.
A axis：It is used to control the tool swing angle; slide guide rail; servo motor drives the ball screw through servo reducer, closed loop control.
B axis：It is used to control the workpiece graduation; adopt the structure of NC rotary table, the worktable can be divided arbitrarily; CNC control.

●Freight&Insurance: by buyer.
●Training and commission: Buyer afford round tickets,local food,hotel. Engineer salary USD100/day, one person needed for about 15days.
●Payment:40% deposit in advance,60% balance after successful trails at sellers factory before dispatch.
●Toolings: toolings and accessories are ordered separately according to buyers needed size.
●Warranty:12 months from the date of installation or 13 month from the date of dispatch.
●Machine acceptance: Seller will test 2pcs jobs,buyer should depute their team for pre-acceptance trial .
