ZSG90×3-10050 Three-Spindle Tube Plate CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine

 

The machine is a floor-standing horizontal layout, adopting gun drilling method (external chip discharge) and BTA method (internal chip discharge).

It adopts three spindle structure (three sets of tooling system), the three spindles can work individually and simultaneously, and the spindle distance is adjusted by servo motor driven ball screw to adapt to different hole distance requirements. Each tooling system has its own drill box, bar support, guide frame, tool feed drive, feed slide, feed guide, and when switching between BTA and gun drilling, it is necessary to change the tool, auxiliary tools, and switch the oil circuit.

Drilling range of gun drill: φ10mm～φ30mm

BTA drilling range: φ25mm～φ90mm

Maximum drilling depth (Z-axis): 1500mm

X-axis travel: 10000mm

Y-axis travel: 5000mm
