Workpiece Clamping

Cone disc mounted at the front end of the headstock/guide frame spindle.

Hydraulic system controls axial movement of the spindle.

Chamfers on the cone plate and workpiece ends enable automatic clamping and positioning.

 

Guide Rails

Linear guide rails are used.

 

CNC System

SIEMENS.

 

Drill Box

Servo main motor drives spindle via synchronous belt and pulley.

Stepless speed regulation, max spindle speed 5000 r/min.

Front spindle drive protects the motor and simplifies tool change.

 

Headstock

Drives the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed.
