Main functions of the machine tool:

The 2MK2250 CNC vertical honing machine is an ideal machine for machining deep hole parts. This machine tool is suitable for honing various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes, and cooling holes. The aperture size accuracy of processed parts can reach IT7~IT9, and the surface roughness of the inner hole is Ra0.15~0.4 μ m.

It can be honed as a whole or locally; During local honing, the taper, ellipticity, and local hole diameter errors of the workpiece can be corrected.

All castings of the machine tool adopt the design concept of box structure and have been optimized through finite element analysis, making them have the characteristics of reasonable quality, high rigidity, and high precision.

All castings of the machine tool are made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand casting. All castings undergo normalizing treatment after casting to eliminate internal stresses generated during the casting process. After rough machining, normalizing treatment is carried out again to further eliminate the internal stress generated during the casting process, and to remove the machining stress generated during rough machining, so as to have good precision stability.

 

Base and workpiece table：

Install a movable workbench on the base, with the workbench moving in left and right directions for easy clamping of workpieces. The workbench mobile system consists of servo motors, ball screw pairs, etc. The workbench is equipped with steel telescopic protection, effectively protecting the linear guide rail and ball screw pair, and increasing their service life.

The workbench is used for installing fixed workpieces, and there is a positioning hole in the center of the workbench that is coaxial with the height of the spindle box. It is used for installing fixtures and jigs. This machine tool comes standard with a three jaw self centering chuck. Special fixtures and jigs are self-made by the user. The workbench has a T-shaped groove parallel to the direction of motion, used to fix workpieces or fixtures.

 

Spindle box and servo expanding tool system:

The spindle box is used to drive the rotation of cutting tools and provide strong torque. The spindle box transmission system is composed of servo motors, reducers, and other components.

The servo expanding tool system is used to control the expansion and contraction of honing tools. The servo expanding tool system is composed of servo motors, precision planetary reducers, ball screws, etc. The expansion and contraction of the honing head are controlled by servo motors, which can achieve both constant pressure feed and quantitative feed of the honing head.

 

Column:

The column is fixed on the base and equipped with a linear guide rail for the reciprocating motion of the spindle box. The reciprocating motion system of the spindle box consists of servo motors, reducers, ball screw pairs, etc. Ball screw pairs have the advantages of smooth transmission, high transmission efficiency, and high precision. The column is equipped with organ style telescopic protection, effectively protecting the linear guide and ball screw pair, and increasing their service life.

 

Guiding frame:

The guide frame is used for positioning and tightening the upper end of longer workpieces, and guiding the honing tool.

 

Cooling system:

The cooling system adopts a tool external fuel injection type oil supply, mainly used to lubricate and cool the cutting area with circulating liquid medium, while removing chips.

The cooling system adopts an above ground oil tank structure, consisting of a cooling pump, magnetic roller filter, paper bag filter, etc.

 

Machine tool protection:

The machine tool adopts a semi protective structure with a beautiful appearance, which can effectively prevent cutting fluid splashing and protect the environment.

 

CNC system:

Independent electrical cabinet with excellent dust prevention effect. The cabinet is equipped with a cooling system to ensure that the electrical components work in a suitable temperature environment, thereby improving the service life of the components and ensuring the stability and reliability of the control system.
