Famous SIEMENS CNC system is standard configuration, fully supports full digital servo linkage, stepless speed regulation for all axes, with intuitive multi-function operation panel displaying real-time cooling pressure, flow and spindle current data. The headstock adopts hydraulic axial locking structure, cone disc positioning automatically clamps workpieces stably, effectively protects the main drive motor from overload damage. Z-axis feed adopts Taiwan precision ball screw servo drive, feed speed 5–500mm/min, rapid traverse up to 4000mm/min for fast cycle time.

Matching chain plate automatic chip conveyor + oil chiller separates metal scraps and recycles coolant automatically, greatly reducing manual cleaning work. Three groups of linkage drill bar supports keep stable support at any feed position, eliminate drill rod vibration during deep hole machining.
