1. Four-Station Dual Spindle Drive Drill Box

The drill box adopts dual servo motor driving dual spindle structure, one motor drives two spindles synchronously, realizing four independent drilling stations. The spindle adopts synchronous belt transmission, stepless speed regulation up to maximum 5000r/min, pre-positioned drive design effectively buffers tool change impact and protects servo motor. Import NSK high-precision spindle bearings are equipped to guarantee stable high-speed rotation without jumping, supporting long-time continuous mass drilling.

2. Constant Speed Dual Spindle Headstock

The headstock is equipped with two rotating spindles driven by 1.5KW motor, fixed rotation speed 117r/min. Hydraulic axial displacement structure is adopted to drive cone disc forward and backward, matching 60° chamfer at both ends of workpieces to complete automatic positioning and clamping. The headstock can slide manually along HIWIN linear guide rail and lock after position adjustment, adapting workpieces of different lengths.

3. Hydraulic Self-Centering Four Sets Steady Rest

Four groups independent hydraulic center frames are standard equipped, one set for each workpiece, with automatic self-centering function controlled by hydraulic system. The clamping claws open and close synchronously to support slender thin shafts during high-speed drilling, effectively suppress workpiece bending and vibration, and guarantee consistent hole straightness of batch products.

4. Servo Stepless Tool Feeding System

The tool feed axis adopts servo motor matched with Taiwan TBI precision ball screw transmission structure, feeding speed adjustable from 5~500mm/min, maximum rapid moving speed up to 4m/min, output stable 8Nm torque. The feed movement is smooth without jitter, which can adjust processing feed according to different metal materials to optimize surface finish and processing efficiency. One set high-rigidity drill bar support rest is configured to absorb drill bar shaking during deep drilling.

5. Integrated High-Pressure Circulating Cooling & Chip Removal System

Complete supporting cooling circulation unit includes high-pressure pump group, oil chiller, 20μm precision paper filter and chain plate automatic chip conveyor:

Maximum coolant pressure 10MPa, maximum flow rate 200L/min, high-pressure cutting oil flows through gun drill inner hole to cutting area, timely take away heat and micro metal chips;

Independent oil chiller keeps cutting oil constant temperature, avoid dimensional deviation caused by temperature rise during long-hour production;

20μm ultra-fine filter completely filter tiny metal powder to protect spindle and gun drill bar from abrasion;

Chain plate chip conveyor automatically collect and discharge scraps without frequent manual cleaning, suitable automatic production line matching. The operation panel integrates cooling flow real-time adjustment panel for convenient parameter modification.

6. SIEMENS Intelligent CNC Control System

Original SIEMENS CNC system is equipped, matched complete set of supporting servo drive and feed motors, with Chinese & English bilingual operation interface. The system supports four-station synchronous cycle drilling program storage, editing and one-click calling, built-in independent parameter memory for different workpieces. Complete safety interlock logic: all moving axes stop immediately once the safety door opens. Main electrical components adopt SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER international brand, stable circuit operation and low failure rate.

7. Full Linear Guide Transmission & Integrated Hydraulic Station

All moving axes of the machine adopt Taiwan HIWIN rolling linear guide rail, with low friction, high precision and long service life. Independent integrated hydraulic station supplies power for headstock clamping and four groups center frame opening/closing, stable hydraulic output without pressure fluctuation during continuous processing. Automatic timing lubrication device is equipped for all guide rails and ball screws to extend service life of transmission parts.
