The TSK2150x7000mm is delivered as a complete machine system with all essential components included as standard equipment. The machine includes the machine bed, drill box, headstock, Φ630 mm manual three-jaw chuck, two sets of drill bar support rests, oil pressure head, two sets of workpiece carriers, coolant system, lubrication system, center rest, automatic chip conveyor, PLC system, and electric cabinet. This comprehensive standard equipment package ensures that the machine is ready for immediate installation and operation upon delivery.

Bed and Guideway Construction

The machine bed is precision-cast from high-grade cast iron using resin sand technology and undergoes normalizing heat treatment to ensure stress relief and long-term dimensional stability. The split structure design allows for simplified transportation and installation, with high-strength bolts and cone pins ensuring precise alignment and rigid assembly. The double rectangular sliding guide rails are precision-ground with high-frequency quenched surfaces, providing hardness and wear resistance for extended service life. Each guide rail measures 180 mm in width and 50 mm in thickness, with a total guide rail width of 800 mm, delivering exceptional load-bearing capacity.

The V-shaped slant reinforced ribs distributed throughout the bed structure provide high support strength and resistance to deformation. The outer wall of the bed directly supports the guide rail, enabling the rail to withstand large cutting forces without vibration during machining, significantly improving processing quality and working efficiency. An apron-style protection system surrounds the bed to ensure operator safety and prevent chip accumulation.

Headstock Drive System

The headstock is fixed on the left end of the machine bed and drives workpiece rotation through a manual three-gear transmission with stepless speed regulation within each gear. The speed range of 12 to 300 r/min accommodates various workpiece materials and diameters. The 45 KW variable frequency motor drives the spindle through a belt and gearbox, with a front-end taper hole of metric 140 and a Φ630 mm manual three-jaw chuck. All gears are precision-ground and high-frequency quenched for maximum durability, with a circulating oil lubrication system ensuring extended service life.

Drill Box Drive System

The drill box is installed on the feed plate and drives tool rotation, featuring a manual three-gear design with stepless speed regulation within each gear, providing a speed range of 40 to 500 r/min. The 30 KW motor drives the spindle through a coupling and gearbox, with the front end connected to a tool holder sleeve for tool clamping. Precision-ground, high-frequency quenched gears ensure durability and performance. The drill box includes a dual-structure design that allows locking when the drill bar does not require rotation.

Oil Pressure Head and Servo Control

The oil pressure head provides tool guidance, oil supply, and workpiece support functions. A servo motor drives axial movement for precise positioning and controlled workpiece tightening and loosening. The front of the oil pressure head features machine cooling and hydraulic display instruments for real-time process monitoring. The servo-driven tightening system delivers high precision and rigidity, while the box-shaped structure ensures exceptional stiffness. The oil pressure head allows quick switching between drilling and boring modes by replacing corresponding tools and auxiliary equipment, and remains securely in position during operation.

Closed Center Frame and Workpiece Support

The closed center frame provides essential support for long workpieces with a three-point structure featuring two bottom rollers and one top roller equipped with tapered roller bearings. The lower rollers adjust laterally through a screw mechanism, while manual adjustment via gears and racks positions the center frame on the bed guide rail, preventing deflection during deep hole machining.

Drill Bar Support Rest and Vibration Control

The drill bar support rest supports the cutter bar and controls the direction of drill bar movement through a high-rigidity integral structure with support sleeves that absorb impacts and vibrations during processing, maintaining tool alignment and hole accuracy.

Servo Feed System

The feed system is powered by a servo motor driving through a gearbox to a rack and pinion mechanism, providing fast forward and working feed functions with infinitely variable speed from 0.5 to 1000 mm/min. The Z1 servo axis (35 Nm torque) controls longitudinal feed movement of the drill box, while the Z2 servo axis (27 Nm torque) controls oil pressure head moving at a fast speed of 3 m/min.

Coolant System with Selectable Flow Rates

The coolant system includes three pump sets providing selectable flow rates of 200 L/min, 500 L/min, and 800 L/min through a knob on the button station, matching cooling requirements for different processing diameters. Maximum coolant pressure is 2.5 MPa, with 11 KW cooling motors in each group. The floor-mounted fuel tank eliminates the need for pit excavation. An automatic chip conveyor system is included for efficient chip management.

Electrical Control System

The machine utilizes a Delta PLC control system with main electrical components from Schneider or Siemens, ensuring stable, reliable operation with minimal failure rates. Wuhan Maixin servo motors provide precise motion control for both axes. The electrical system includes comprehensive safety features and monitoring functions.

Processing Accuracy Specifications

Drilling operations achieve hole size accuracy of IT9-IT11 with surface roughness of Ra6.3 to Ra12.5 μm and hole skewness of 0.5 mm per 1000 mm. Rough boring achieves IT9-IT10 accuracy with Ra6.3 μm surface roughness and 0.4 mm per 1000 mm hole skewness. Precise boring achieves IT7-IT9 accuracy with Ra1.6 to Ra3.2 μm surface roughness.

Physical Specifications

The machine offers swing over bed of Φ1250 mm, spindle center to guide rail top height of 625 mm, and central frame clamping diameter of Φ100 to Φ650 mm. Total power consumption is 145 KW with 10-ton load-bearing capacity. Floor area requirements are 20.5 m by 3.8 m, with approximate machine weight of 30 tons.
