1. Machine Brief

1.1 Machine processing capacity:

Hole diameter range: Φ30～Φ200mm

Max. processing hole depth: 3m

Max. Workpiece length: 3m

1.2 Machine functions and application:

Used for precision machining various cylindrical deep hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders.

1.3 Oil supply mode for honing head : External oil spray and internal oil feeding .

The internal and external oil for honing processing are respectively transported to the workpiece through oil pumps, with the external oil directly entering through the workpiece wall; The internal oil flows out along the honing tool through the gap inside the tool holder, allowing the honing oil stone to fully contact and achieve better lubrication and cooling effects.

1.4 Workpiece clamping

The workpiece is placed on two sets of V-shaped workpiece brackets and locked with a pipe clamp chain; The V-shaped bracket can be manually adjusted to accommodate clamping of workpieces with different diameters.

 

2.Machine main structure

Machine bed, Honing box, 2sets workpiece carriers, Honing bar support rest, Rack

and pinion, Coolant system, FANUC control system, Electric cabinet(with aircondition) and so on .

 

3. CNC axis :

Z1 axis: The longitudinal feeding movement of the honing box (honing head reciprocating movement), the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reducing mechanism.

Z2 axis: Control the expansion of honing head, the servo motor drives the ejector pin to move axially through reducing mechanism .
