Machine Overall Introduction TSK2150×4M CNC deep hole drill boring machine is multi-functional heavy deep hole processing equipment, integrating BTA deep hole drilling and precision deep boring functions in one unit. It supports three flexible processing modes: workpiece rotation only, tool rotation only, workpiece & tool reverse dual rotation, fully matching different material and precision requirements of long tubular workpieces. Max processing depth reaches 4000mm, drilling range Φ30~Φ150mm, boring range Φ40~500mm, suitable for cylindrical and square long heavy workpieces, such as hydraulic cylinder barrels, mining thick tubes, metallurgy long shafts, new energy seamless pipes. All bed, headstock, drill box and other load-bearing castings adopt high-strength resin sand casting, with two complete aging & normalization treatments to eliminate internal casting and machining stress, guarantee long-term rigidity and stable precision under heavy cutting load.

Description

1. Ultra-Rigid Split Machine Bed

The bed adopts split splicing structure connected by high-strength bolts and taper pin positioning, equipped with two wide rectangular medium-frequency quenched hard guide rails (single rail 180×50mm, total rail width 800mm). Internal M6 precision quenched rack is installed for feed transmission, with V-type reinforced rib layout inside the bed to maximize anti-deformation capacity, bearing up to 10 tons workpiece weight. The outer side of guide rail is equipped full apron leakage-proof protective cover to isolate coolant and metal scraps.

2. Multi-Speed Headstock For Workpiece Driving

Headstock is fixed on the left end of bed, used to clamp and drive workpiece rotation. It adopts 3 manual shift gears with stepless speed regulation within each gear, speed range 4~440r/min, matched with 45KW main motor. Internal gears are precision ground and high-frequency quenched, equipped with independent circulating oil lubrication system to extend bearing and gear service life. Standard Φ630 three-jaw manual chuck is installed at front spindle nose for stable clamping of large-diameter blanks.

3. Adjustable Speed Drill Box (Tool Driving Unit)

Drill box is mounted on feed carriage, supports locked fixed mode or rotary mode of cutting tool, with 12 manual shift gears, speed range 40~500r/min, matched with 30KW driving motor. Internal transmission components adopt high-hardness quenched gears and circulating lubrication system, stable output torque for deep hole drilling & boring. Front spindle end is fitted standard tool bar connecting sleeve for quick replacement of drill/boring bars.

4. Servo-Driven Oil Feeder (Workpiece Top Tightening Unit)

Oil feeder adopts independent X servo axis control, driven by 4.3KW servo motor, automatically moving along bed to adapt different workpiece lengths and complete hydraulic cone disc top tightening. Operation panel integrates real-time digital display of cooling pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level. By replacing matching guide sleeves, users can quickly switch between drilling and boring processes; the anti-backlash structure prevents oil feeder retreat under high cutting pressure during continuous processing.

5. Closed Three-Point Steady Rest & Tool Bar Support Frame

Closed steady rest: Standard 1 set three-point support structure (2 lower rollers + 1 top roller with taper roller bearings), manually adjustable horizontal position via lead screw, whole unit slides along bed by rack & pinion to support slender long workpieces and suppress cutting vibration.

Tool bar support rest: Equipped with 2 sets high-rigidity integrated support frames, fitted wear-resistant support sleeves to absorb tool bar shock and eliminate shaking during deep hole processing, ensuring consistent hole straightness.

6. Dual-Axis Servo Feed Transmission System

Z feed axis (tool carriage longitudinal movement): Driven by 5.5KW/35Nm servo motor via reducer and precision rack pinion, stepless feed speed 0.5~1000mm/min, max cutting thrust up to 60KN, stable heavy feed for deep boring roughing.

X feed axis (oil feeder horizontal movement): Independent servo drive, fast moving speed 1.5m/min, automatic positioning for different length workpieces. All sliding guide surfaces adopt automatic timing quantitative lubrication station with low liquid level alarm function to avoid dry friction damage.

7. Circulating High-Pressure Cooling & Dual Chip Removal System

Large capacity 5300L ground-mounted oil tank with fully welded steel plate structure, equipped 4 groups cooling pump units, max coolant pressure 2.5MPa, total flow up to 800L/min, fitted pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level sensors with digital display on operation station.

BTA Drilling chip removal: Coolant flows into cutting zone through gap between tool bar and workpiece inner wall, chips discharged backward via tool bar inner hole (internal chip removal).

Boring chip removal: Coolant feeds cutting area, chips discharged forward along workpiece inner hole (external chip removal). Telescopic protective cover is installed above the oil tank to block dust and debris, matched centralized chip collection box for unified scrap recovery.

8. PLC Intelligent Electrical Control System

The machine adopts Delta PLC core control system, all main low-voltage electrical components use Schneider brand for stable operation and low failure rate. Independent sealed electrical cabinet with built-in industrial air conditioner to stabilize internal operating temperature, effectively avoid component aging under long workshop operation. Multiple safety interlock protection functions are integrated: lubrication shortage alarm, cooling liquid abnormal protection, spindle motor overload protection, feed over-limit protection, cooling pump fault alarm.
