Headstock

• It is used to drive job rotation, spindle speed fixed at 120r/min, The spindle can be moved axially under the control of the hydraulic system for pressing or loosening the workpiece.

Workpiece clamping

• The spindle front-end of headstock and guiding frame is equips with cone disc,The hydraulic system controls the axial movement of the spindle of the headstock.Using the chamfering angle of the two ends of the cone disc and the workpiece, to clamped and positioned the workpiece automatically .

Safety guard

• The machine is without safety guard.
