Functions 2MK2230 CNC Vertical Honing Machine is an ideal machine for machining deep hole parts. The machine tool is suitable for honing of various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes and cooling holes. The hole size accuracy of the processed parts can reach IT7～IT9, and the surface roughness of the inner hole: Ra0.4～1.6μm. It can be honed as a whole or locally; when locally honed, the taper, ellipticity, and local hole diameter error of the processed parts can be corrected. All the castings of the machine tool adopt the design concept of box structure, and are optimised by finite element analysis, so that they have the features of reasonable quality, high rigidity and high precision. All castings of the machine tool are made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand moulding casting. All castings are normalised after casting to eliminate the internal stresses generated during casting. After rough machining, the machine is normalised again to further eliminate the internal stresses generated in the casting process, and at the same time to remove the machining stresses generated in rough machining, so as to provide it with good precision stability.
