1. Overview of Machine Tool:

Drilling method: gun drill

Worktable with T-shaped groove, with dimensions of 1500mm (Z direction) × 1200mm (X direction)

The X-axis and Y-axis use rectangular guide rails, while the Z-axis uses linear guide rails.

The machine has a telescopic protection device.

Drill box drives tool rotation; The spindle is driven by a servo motor, synchronous belt, and synchronous pulley, which can achieve stepless speed regulation. The main motor has a power of 18.5kw and the maximum spindle speed is 5000r/min. The rear end of the drill box spindle adopts a Korean rotary joint.

Z-axis: Adopting servo motor, elastic coupling, and ball screw structure, it can achieve stepless speed regulation

X and Y axes: Adopting servo motors, reduction mechanisms, and ball screw structures to achieve stepless speed regulation.

Equipped with 3 sets of drill bar supports

Guide frame: Under the control of the pneumatic system, it moves axially to tighten and loosen the workpiece.

Cooling system: mainly composed of dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, circulating pump, paper tape filter, high-pressure pump group, liquid level controller, chain plate chip conveyor, etc. On the CNC system console, assemble the coolant system pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel.

Control system: GSK

Electric box with air conditioning
