Machine performance

The spindle of the drill box is driven by a variable-frequency motor via timing belt and pulley, realizing stepless speed regulation. Main motor power: 5.5kW, maximum spindle speed: 6000r/min. A Korean rotary joint is adopted at the rear end of the drill box spindle.

 

X-axis and Y-axis adopt rectangular guideways;

X-axis and Y-axis adopt the structure of servo motor + reduction mechanism + ball screw, supporting stepless speed regulation.

Z-axis adopts Taiwan HIMIN linear guideways with sealed slide blocks.

Z-axis adopts the structure of servo motor + elastic coupling + ball screw, supporting stepless speed regulation.

The machine is equipped with a T-slot worktable. Telescopic protection is fitted at the worktable position.

The guide carriage can move axially by 50 mm controlled by the pneumatic system, to clamp and release the workpiece. It functions in tool guiding, pin retraction and oil return.

 

Cooling system

The cooling system is composed of dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, circulation pump, paper band filter, high-pressure pump unit and liquid level controller, chip conveyor, etc. The cutting oil pressure and flow can be adjusted according to the hole diameter, with real-time pressure value display.

An oil return groove is designed on the machine bed, ensuring all cutting oil flows back to the cooling oil tank.

 

Control system

The CNC system adopts GSK CNC system.

Surface roughness: Ra 0.8-3.2 μm
