Description of Three-axis deep hole drilling machine :

1. Drilling method: Gun drilling.
2. Machine is with T-slot working table, working table size is: 1800mm×1200 mm, load 6T.
3. X-axis and Y-axis are used rectangular rail, Z-axis guide rail is THK linear guide, and the linear guide slider is equipped with a seal.
4. Machine is with telescopic protection.
5. Drill box: The drill box drives the tool to rotate; the spindle is driven by the servo main motor, timing belt, and timing belt wheel, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The power of the main motor is 7.5kw, and the maximum spindle speed is 5000r/min. The back end of the drill box spindle adopts the American DEUBLIN rotary joint.
6. Z-axis:It adopts the structure of servo motor, elastic coupling and ball screw, which can realize stepless speed regulation
7. X-axis and Y-axis: It adopts the structure of servo motor, deceleration mechanism and ball screw to realize stepless speed regulation.
8. Machine is with 3sets drill bar support rest.
9. Guide frame: It can move axially under the control of the pneumatic system to tighten and loosen the workpiece.
10. Coolant system: mainly composed of dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, circulating pump, paper belt filter, high pressure pump set, liquid level controller, chain plate chip conveyor, etc. On the CNC system operating station, the coolant system pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel are assembled.
11. Control system: KND CNC control system
