Cooling system
It provides high pressure, high flow and high clean cutting fluid for deep hole drilling. It is mainly consist of the automatic chip removal device, oil temperature controller, filtration system(improve the cleanliness of cutting fluid), high-pressure pump group, oil tank and other components.
The pressure and flow adjustment and pressure display of the cooling system are all assembled near the control station of the numerical control system. The operator can observe and adjust the cooling system directly.
Drilling box:
The spindle rotary speed is 6000r/min, which is a single spindle structure.The synchronous toothed belt transmission is used between the motor and the main shaft. Motor adopts servo spindle motor .It adopts a spring clip head to clamp the drill handle. The main motor is rear mounted to avoid the main motor oil feeding, and the motor interference can be avoided when changing the cutter.
Machine safety guard:
The machine adopts a fully-enclosed safety guard, with movable doors on the front and rear sides. The rear side is the middle double door, and the large workpiece can be hoisted directly on the machine tool worktable.
