9. Warranty and after-sales service
1. The warranty period shall be implemented according to the contract. After the warranty period, machine tool spare parts and maintenance will be provided at preferential prices.
2. During the warranty period, the two parties can communicate and solve any equipment failure by
telephone, fax or E-mail. If the buyer cannot solve the problem by itself, the supplier shall send someone to the factory for repair within (48 hours outside the province and 24 hours within the province).
