1.Machine Brief
Drilling diameter range : 2-20mm
Max. Drilling depth : 1000mm
Max. Drill depth-hole diameter ratio : 100:1
Working table : Can move along both vertical (Y-axis) and horizontal (X-axis) directions .
X-axis: Control the movement of working table in the horizontal direction ; Rolling linear guide rail ; Servo motor drives ball screw to realize the movement on X-axis direction .
Y-axis : Control the movement of the working table in the vertical direction; Rolling linear guide rail; The servo motor drives the ball screw through a servo reducer to achieve Y-direction movement; Servo motor with brake .
Z-axis: control the cutting tool feed movement; Rolling linear guide rail; The servo motor drives the ball screw through a coupling to achieve Z-direction movement; The cutting tool feed rate can be stepless.
Drill box: Driving the cutting tool to rotate ; The main spindle is driven by the servo main motor, synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, which can realize speed stepless . The main motor power is 5.5 kw, and the maximum spindle rotation speed is 8000 r/min. The rear end of the drill box spindle adopts American DEUBLIN rotary joint.
Guide frame : Has functions of guiding the cutting tool , discharging cutting chips and supporting the drill bar ; Can move axially to tighten and loosen the workpiece under control of pnuematic system .
Coolant system : Supply cutting oil for the cutting tool and discharge the cutting chips; Mainly composed of oil tank , filtering device, pump group,liquid level controller , oil chiller and so on .
Drill bar support rest : 2sets , used to support the drill bar .
The machine bed , working table, column ,lifting sliding table, box body etc. basic parts adopt resin sand casting, with twice time aging treatment to eleminate the internal stress .
