Machine brief:
The machine adopts horizontal layout, using gun drill (External chip removal) and BTA (Internal chip removal) two processing methods, the two processing methods can not be used at the same time.
The headstock and center frame can be moved manually in horizontal direction, digital display positioning .The headstock can divide the workpiece into any indexing, and controlled by CNC system.
The headstock can be moved longitudinally on the machine bed to adapt to different lengths of work piece, The headstock movement is driven by screw rotation through motor control ,It can be adjusted by motor to save the labor. The headstock is equipped with motor-driven panel.
The machine tool is mainly used for division eccentric deep hole and center hole processing, The thickness difference between the hole processed and other cavity is not less than the diameter of the drill hole.
To ensure position accuracy, workpieces can be machined at both ends. You need to mark the position on the workpiece,it will be easy to aligning the workpiece when you drill the other end.
Workpiece clamping method: One end is clamping by headstock chuck,the other end is supported by center frame.
When clamping the workpiece, it's positioned by the workpiece outer circle. The chuck is clamped at one end and the center frame supports the other end. Take machine bed guide rail as benchmark,Aligning the upper busbar and side busbar of the workpiece. The middle of workpiece is supported by workpiece bracket.

The machine bed, box body and other basic parts are made of high quality cast iron (HT300).
The machine adopts Double rectangular sliding guide rail.
The machine is equipped with special cooling system to provide high pressure, high flow and high clean cutting fluid for deep hole drilling.
Automatic chip conveyor: automatically remove chip and achieve initial oil and chip separation.
Oil temperature controller: control the temperature of cutting oil and prevent cutting oil from deteriorating because of high temperature;
Filtration system: paper tape, mesh type, magnetic rod, precipitation filtration, improve cutting fluid cleanliness.
High pressure pump group: cutting fluid that produces adjustable flow and pressure to supply oil for cutting tools.
Cutting tool infeed is realized by servo motor driving ball screw; Cutting tool rotation is driven by spindle motor; Cutting tool infeed and rotation can be stepless speed regulation.
The machine tool has the functions of pressure protection, cooling system level and temperature protection, tool protection, stroke protection and so on.
Adopting CNC control mode, it has high degree of automation, strong maneuverability, high working efficiency, high precision, safety and reliability.

Functions and structures of machine mainly parts:
The machine is composed of Machine bed, Drill box, Infeeding system, Cooling system, Electric control system, Hydraulic system, Automatic chip conveyor, Oil pressure head, Workpiece bracket, Center frame, headstock, etc. The basic structure of the main parts is described as follows.
Machine bed
Precision resin sand molding, HT300 precision casting, closed casting structure, provide enough rigidity and strength for machine .The machine bed is equipped with headstock, workpiece bracket, center frame, oil feeder, drill box, infeed system and drill bar support etc. The layout is reasonable and the operation is convenient.
The bed is divided into two parts: the workpiece machine bed and the cutting tool machine bed.
The machine adopts Double rectangular slide guide rail, and guide surface is treated by medium frequency quenching.
Drill box
Function: It is used to driving the cutter tool rotation,
Spindle Max.rotary speed is 1000r/min. The box body is made of high quality cast iron. The synchronous toothed belt transmission is used between the motor and the spindle. The motor adopts Domestic brand servo spindle motor. The spindle is supported by NSK high precision spindle bearing. The supporting method is fixed front end and free rear end. Central bearing is centrally lubricated by central lubrication station.
Headstock
It is used for workpiece indexing and workpiece clamping.
It can moved horizontally and manually, digital display positioning, manual locking, suitable for different eccentric hole processing.
Servo motors with brakes are used to drive the spindle indexing through the reducer. After indexing, the spindle is automatically locked.
The front end of the spindle is equipped with a manual chuck.
The headstock can be moved longitudinally on the guide rail of the bed to adapt to the processing of different length workpieces. The longitudinal movement is realized by a common motor driving gear rack.
Infeed system (Z axis)
Function: It used for controlling cutter tool infeed.
Z axis guide rail : sliding guide rail, double guide structure; guide surface through intermediate frequency quenching.
Z axis drive mode: servo motor drives ball screw through servo reducer
Oil pressure head
Function: It used for drill bit guiding, sealing oil, cutting tool oil, supporting cutter bar and chip removal.

The hydraulic cylinder controls the oil pressure head to move along the axis of the drilling hole on the guide rail of the feeding slide table as a whole, so as to realize the tightening and loosening of the workpiece.
Hydraulic system
It used to control the oil pressure head to tightening and clamping the workpiece.
Automatic lubrication system
The front and rear bearings of the spindle, the guide rail surface of the trailer plate and the ball screw nut are all lubricated by automatic timing and quantitative lubrication. The oil tank has the function of automatic alarm for low oil level.
Drill bar support (2 set)
Function:It used support cutter bar, enhance tool rigidity, absorb borehole vibration.
After drilling, through the hanging structure, the drill pipe box will pull back the drill pipe bracket, when the drill pipe bracket passes through the position before drilling automatically left
Center Frame
Function: locate and support workpiece.
Manual lateral movement, digital display positioning, manual locking, suitable for different eccentric hole processing. With roller support, the following two rollers can move to the middle under the action of positive and negative screws.

Machine electric system
It adopts Adopting CNC system.
Manual pulse generator and machine tool are equipped with three color working lights.
The program can be programmed to complete automatic processing cycle, and can also be manually operated, moved, opened and closed, etc.
The electric cabinet is designed independently.
Programmable setting of processing parameters, such as rotational speed, cutting amount, etc. Processing process monitoring, external mobile operation Electronic handwheel.
