1. The bed body and sliding table are cast with resin sand and have undergone twice aging treatment. The structure is closed on three sides and has triangular reinforcing ribs, so it has the advantages of high precision, long life, strong rigidity and good precision retention.

The oil return tank of the bed body is inclined and will not store oil.

2. The spindle bearing of the drill pipe box adopts high-precision angular contact ball bearings.

The rear end of the spindle is equipped with American Dubolin rotary joint to provide stable cooling supply for deep hole machining and ensure normal cutting of the machine tool.

The drill pipe box adopts rolling linear guide rail, which ensures the stability and precision of the machine tool.

The spindle is driven in front, which is beneficial to protect the main motor and facilitate tool change.
