1.2 Gun drilling processing method,

Double spindles structure,can process two workpieces at the same time , suitable for drilling the coaxial hole on shaft parts.

1.3 The tool and workpiece rotate opposite each other during machining, and the tool feeds.

1.4 Workpiece clamping:

The headstock and guide frame spindle front end assembled conical disk, hydraulic system control headstock spindle axial movement, the use of the conical disk and workpiece

chamfering at both ends, automatic clamping and positioning of the workpiece.

1.5 The machine adopts linear guide rail .

1.7 Drill box:

Adopt the servo main motor driving the spindle to rotate through synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, speed stepless could be realized , the max. rotary speed of spindle is 5000r/min ; Double spindles structure , one motor drives two spindles to rotate; the spindle driver front-located, good for

protecting the main motor,and convenient for changing the cutting tool .

1.8 Headstock:

Drive the workpiece rotation, the speed is constant 117r/min; the spindle can move axially under the control of the hydraulic system, used for tightening or loosening the workpiece. The spindle drive is front-mounted, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces and helps to protect the main motor. Double spindle structure, one motor drives two spindles to rotate.

It can be moved manually on the linear guideway of the working table, and locked on the working table manually by the locking block after moving in place.

1.9 Cutting tool feeding system:

Adopting the structure of servo motor driving ball screw, the tool feed can realize stepless speed regulation.

1.10 Drill bar support rest : 1sets , Support drill bar .

1.11 Coolant system :

It mainly consists of high-pressure pump group, chain plate chip conveyor, oil cooler, filtering device and so on. On the operation station of the numerical control system, the pressure adjustment knob of the cooling system and the flow rate adjustment panel are assembled.

1.12 The basic parts such as bed body and box body are casted with resin sand and treated with two aging treatments. The inclined design of the oil return groove of the bed will not store oil.

1.13 Guide frame:

Used for guiding the cutting tool , discharge cutting chips , supporting the tool bar . The guide sleeve is assembled on its front end , used for guiding the cutting tool ;

The drill bar support sleeve is assembled on its rear end, used for supporting the tool bar .

1.14 Hydraulic center rest

Each workpiece is equipped with one set, totaling two sets, which are used to support the workpiece and have the self-centering function. Under the control

of the hydraulic system, the jaws automatically close or open.
