Machine Machining and Chips Removal Methods
Machining Methods:
The machine offers three processing modes:
a. Workpiece and Tool Rotation with Tool Feed
b. Workpiece Rotation with Tool Feed Only
c. Fixed Workpiece with Tool Rotation and Feed
Roughing: Uses a rough boring head for push boring.
Finishing: Employs a combined honing and roller polishing (hydraulic/pneumatic) tool to address issues like severe misalignment in hot-rolled steel pipe deep hole roughing and poor straightness after cold-drawn steel pipe deep hole finishing.
Chip Removal Methods:
Boring: Push boring with oil supply from a feed-through device, chips are expelled forward through the pre-machined hole.
Skiving & Roller Burnishing: Integrated honing and roller polishing with oil supply, chips are expelled forward through the bottom hole.
Boring, Skiving & Roller Burnishing : Integrated boring, skiving, and roller burnishing with oil supply, chips are discharged forward through the basic hole.
Roller burnishing : Uses a roller head to press and smooth the hole surface.
This setup ensures efficient chip removal and high-precision machining.
