Special purpose deep hole drilling boring and honing machine is suitable for machining of the concentric or eccentric holes of the cylindrical workpiece,the machine could be drilling  counter boring,pull boring,,burnishing and honing as well.

It mainly used in hydraulic cylinder, Oil and gas industries. Deep hole processing and honing for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high temperature nickel-based alloy and other materials.

Workpiece clamping

One end of the workpiece is clamped by the manual 3 jaw chucks on the headstock, and the oil pressure head automatically tightens the other end of the workpiece. (Double chuck clamping mode is optional.)

CNC servo axes:

Z1-axis: Drill box longitudinal feed movement, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the speed reduction mechanism. The moving speed is divided into high speed and low speed, high speed is used for honing, low speed is used for boring, high speed and low speed manual switching.

Z2-axis: Oil Pressure head servo tightening workpiece, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the speed reduction mechanism.

Z3-axis: Honing head servo expansion, the servo motor drives the screw mechanism through the speed reduction mechanism.

Guide rail: Roller heavy duty linear guide rail

Drill box: Drive tool rotating. Honing and boring share a set of drill box; use 30KW spindle rotation, speed range 40-500r/min, stepless speed regulation. The rear end of the drill box spindle is equipped with the honing head servo expansion mechanism.
