Headstock:

The spindle is supported by three points, the front end is fixed, the middle end and the back end are swimming, the front and back are main support, the middle is auxiliary support, and the axial positioning is set at the front end, so that the spindle is heated and extended backward, eliminating the influence of the thermal elongation of the spindle on the accuracy of machine tools. 

The main drive of the bed head is realized by Siemens AC spindle motor (or FANUC motor) through belt pulley, gear and two-stage hydraulic automatic shift. The spindle has a wide range of constant torque and can realize constant linear speed cutting. Spindle bearings are special bearings for spindles, which have high precision and strong rigidity. 

The spindle box adopts the form of strong oil lubrication, and the gears and bearings of the headbox are lubricated by the special oil pump. The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth and alveolar double sealing structure, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and foreign objects from entering the spindle box.
