Machine brief :

Machine bed is casted by super casting iron HT300, adopt flat and V-type guide rail ,reasonable layout , processed by high-frequency quenching , precision grinding, with high rigidity, can bear heavy precision cutting .

Headstock gear is machined by precision grinding. Adopt domestic famous brand four-jaw chuck .

Adopt casted bed saddle and sliding plate, reasonable layout of internal reinforcing ribs, X,Z axis adopt high precision ball screw, with high accuracy and accurate transmission of motion. Domestic well-know brand four station electric tool turret, with high position accuracy, high rigidity and reliability .

The tailstock adopt upper and lower body structure, with high precision tailstock spindle bearing .

Machine is equipped with GSK CNC system, with complete functions and reliable performance .
