1. The chip conveyor must be opened at the same time with the machine ，to avoid jamming due to excessive iron chip accumulation.
2. If there is chips on the chip conveyor .chain plate , it shall be cleaned manually. It is strictly prohibited to reverse to prevent jamming.
3. After the chip conveyor operates for 220 hours, check whether the chain plate is loose. If it is loose, use a wrench to tighten the bolts on both sides of the head. Inspection method: lift the chain plate upward by hand. If it feels loose and inelastic during lifting, it needs to be tightened. When it is tightened, both sides shall be unified.
4. Chip conveyor chain plate shall be inspected and cleaned once a week or every half a month by the following methods:
5. When the machine is stopped, start the chip conveyor alone to clean up the chips on the chain plate automatically.
6. Pull out the chip conveyor, remove the four M6 screws at the chip conveyor tail end with a wrench, remove the rear tail cover, start the chip conveyor for reverse transmission, and automatically clean the bottom of the chip.
7. Finally, observe whether the bottom is cleaned. If it is cleaned, return the chip conveyor. You can decide whether install the rear tail cover or not , it is not necessary.
