Correct operation sequence of NC deep hole drill during processing:
1. Correct switching sequence: After the power is connected, we should wait for the system startup screen to start completely, then cancel the alarm mind-set; the machine tool will stop at the appropriate position first, and finally turn off the power switch of the cabinet.
2. Before the manual mobile machine tool, the feed rate should be rotated to a very low gear, first point the machine tool, then improve the rate after the correct direction. Operation of machine tools should be very careful, to be handy to see, to prevent misrotation of knobs, press wrong buttons, machine tool movement process should pay attention to observe whether it will collide with workpieces or fixtures, near the workpiece to reduce the feed rate.
3. It is very necessary to inspect whether there are any obstacles to interfere with the movement of machine tools before moving the axes after the machine starts. If there are any missing tools or other items in the working area, it is necessary to operate at the reference point if it is normal.
4. No gloves shall be worn to operate the machine tools, and no oil stains on the hands shall be used to operate the machine tool panels.

CNC deep hole drilling deep hole processing characteristics:
1. Shorten processing time by a large margin:
Because the shape of the bit used in CNC deep-hole drilling machine tool will automatically break chips, and at the same time it will be continuously discharged by high-pressure chip oil, so it is not necessary to exit the bit halfway and clean up the chips. It can process holes at a speed 5 to 6 times faster than that of twist drills. Machining hole depth is 1500mm
2. Tool grinding:
Even if there is no special tool grinder, it can be easily re-sharpened. (When skilled, it can be grinded with a hand blade). The grinding quantity is generally 0.2-0.3 mm. A deep hole drill can be grinded 50 to 60 times. Therefore, the life of deep hole drills is longer. Compared with twist drills, the cost of cutting tools is not high.
3. Material with higher processing hardness:
Because the head of CNC deep-hole drilling machine tools (three-axis deep-hole drill and five-axis deep-hole drill) is made of cemented carbide, the material with hardness of HRC40 can be machined.
4. The advanced integrated design is adopted.
Sleepers are articulated on the integral sliding platform through the central axis, and the back end of the sleeper is driven by a servo motor through a reducer to drive the screw to rotate the sleeper, while the rotary biaser installed on the central axis is used to control the rotation angle, so that the main shaft can be inclined into an angle to process the workpiece, with accurate positioning and superior rigidity.
