2. Our deep hole drilling machine adopts double rectangular guide rail. The width of the single rail is 160 mm and the thickness is 40 mm. It ensures that the machine tool bears heavy load, has high rigidity and has good stability in processing. The guide rail is lubricated by the special use guide rail glue, and the wear of the guide rail is reduced by reducing the friction force.

5. Our machine adopts Taiwan rack and pinion and servo motors for machine transmission. The driving torque is large and the machine is more durable. Comparing with the structure of ball screw, there are no worries about maintenance
6. The machine spindle is made of forgings with high density and strength. Other manufacturers are seamless steel pipe welding.
7. The electric cabinet structure is American type, with good ventilation, heat dissipation and dust-proof performance. The electric cabinet is equipped with air conditioner. Low-voltage electrical components are Schneider brand, ensuring stable operation of machine in hot weather.
8. Double servo motor structure, workpiece tightening and oil pressure head movement is more convenient .
9. Cooling system pump group is gear pump, which ensures stable output of coolant and smooth chip removal.
10.The machine oil pressure head adopts spindle embedded structure, which makes machine tool more stable.
