The reason why the above problems appear when machining with deep hole tools is that the planning value of the reamer's outer diameter is too large, or the reaming cutting edge has burrs, the cutting speed is too high, the feed rate is inappropriate or the machining allowance is too large, the reamer's main deflection angle is too large, the reamer is tortuous, the reaming cutting edge is adhered with swarf, the reaming cutting edge is poorly swung during grinding, and the cutting fluid is not selected properly.


When the reamer is installed, the oil stain on the surface of the taper handle is not cleaned or the taper surface is bruised, the flat tail of the taper handle is offset and installed into the machine tool spindle, the taper handle taper is dry, the spindle is tortuous or the spindle bearing is too loose or damaged, the reamer is not sensitive to floating, and the force of both hands is uneven when reaming holes on different axes from the workpiece, making the reamer shake left and right.
