This CNC Deep Hole Drilling and slotting machine is an ideal machine for processing parts with deep hole.This machine integrates BTA drilling, Boring (Push boring /Pull boring) ,making straight slots, spiral slots and special-shaped cavity hole machining, is a machine specially designed for the combined processing.

Machine processing and chips removal methods (CNC Deep Hole Drilling and slotting machine):

There are three combinations of machining methods of this machine: ① Workpiece and cutting tool rotation in opposite directions , cutting tool feed ; ② Workpiece rotate , cutting tool fixed and feed ; ③ Workpiece fixed, cutting tool rotate and feed . The headstock rotary axis has C-axis indexing function.

Workpiece clamping method: left end of workpiece is clamped by chuck of headstock, and right end is tightened by the oil pressure head , center of workpiece is supported by center rest .
