Overview The TSK2120A×2000mm CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine is a heavy-duty, high-rigidity, high-precision machine tool designed and manufactured by Dezhou Guanlu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. It is specially developed for deep hole processing of long cylindrical workpieces with high accuracy requirements. This machine integrates BTA deep hole drilling and precision boring in one unit, enabling one-setup completion of deep hole machining. It is widely applied in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, oilfield drill collar processing, construction machinery, automotive parts, defense industry, and general metalworking sectors. With a heavy cast iron bed, premium-grade structural components, DELTA PLC control system, and high-power servo spindle units, the machine delivers stable performance, consistent accuracy, and long-term reliability under continuous heavy-load production conditions.

Main Components Description
1. Heavy Cast Iron Bed
Constructed from high-grade cast iron with resin sand casting process, followed by two aging treatments to eliminate internal stress. The internal V-shaped reinforced ribs ensure high rigidity and minimal deformation during heavy cutting. The outer wall directly supports the guideways, providing strong resistance to vibration and ensuring stable machining.
2. Headstock
Driven by a 37 kW servo spindle motor, with 3 manual gears and stepless speed regulation. Equipped with a Φ400mm manual three-jaw chuck for reliable workpiece clamping. Gears are precision ground and high-frequency quenched for high strength and wear resistance.

3. Drill Box
Installed on the feeding carriage, powered by a 37 kW servo spindle motor. It drives the cutting tool for drilling and boring operations. The spindle is equipped with a tool shank connection sleeve and a chips removal bucket for efficient chip discharge.
4. Oil Pressure Head (Support & Clamping Unit)
Servo motor-driven axial movement for adapting different workpiece lengths and automatic tightening. It features a guide sleeve, cone disc for positioning, and an oil shield with push-pull structure for coolant recovery.
5. Coolant & Chip Removal System
Large-capacity (3900L) floor-mounted oil tank with high-pressure (2.5MPa) and high-flow (400L/min) coolant supply. Ensures efficient cooling, lubrication, and chip removal during deep hole processing.
6. Control & Operation System
Standard configuration: DELTA PLC with user-friendly operation panel. Optional upgrade to Siemens or FANUC CNC system for full automatic cycle programming and multi-axis interpolation control.
