1.1 Machining Range

Drilling diameter range: Φ3～Φ20mm

Maximum drilling depth: 1000 mm

Maximum depth-to-diameter ratio: 100:1

Workpiece outer diameter range: Φ10～Φ60mm

1.2 Adopts gun drilling mode, suitable for machining coaxial holes on shaft parts.

1.3 During machining, the cutter and workpiece rotate relatively with cutter feeding.

1.4 Workpiece Clamping

Chucks are mounted on the front ends of the headstock and guide frame spindles. The hydraulic system controls the axial movement of the headstock spindle to automatically clamp and position workpieces.

1.5 Linear guides are adopted for the machine tool guides.

1.6 CNC System: SIEMENS

1.7 Drill Rod Box

Equipped with a servo main motor to drive spindle rotation via synchronous belts and pulleys, realizing stepless speed regulation with a maximum spindle speed of 5000r/min. The front-mounted spindle drive protects the main motor and facilitates tool changing.

1.8 Headstock

It drives workpieces to rotate at a constant speed of 117r/min. Its spindle can move axially under hydraulic control to tighten or release workpieces. The front-mounted drive simplifies workpiece loading and unloading and protects the main motor.It can be manually moved along the linear guides of the worktable and locked in place manually via locking blocks.

1.9 Tool Feeding System

Driven by servo motors and ball screws, it enables stepless adjustment of tool feed rate.

1.10 Drill Rod Supports

2 sets in total. The spacing between supports adjusts automatically along with the movement of the drill rod box.

1.11 Cooling System

Mainly composed of high-pressure pump unit, chip conveyor, oil chiller and paper band filter. A flow adjustment panel for the cooling system is installed on the CNC operation station.

1.13 Basic components including bed and boxes are made of resin sand casting and undergo two aging treatments. The inclined oil return groove of the bed avoids oil accumulation, and oil baffles are fitted on the groove.

1.14 Guide Frame

Functions for tool guiding, chip removal and drill rod support. Guide sleeves are fitted at the front end for tool guidance, and support sleeves are installed at the rear end to support drill rods.
