Industrial CNC Gun Drilling Equipment Dual Reverse Rotation Workpiece & Tool With Full Closed Safety Cabinet
ZSK2103×500mm CNC single spindle gun drilling machine is professional horizontal deep hole processing equipment independently developed for small-diameter coaxial deep holes on shaft workpieces. It adopts classic gun drilling processing principle, with workpiece and cutting tool rotating in opposite directions during cutting, paired with high-pressure internal cooling system to realize efficient deep hole forming. The machine supports drilling diameter Φ4~Φ30mm and maximum drilling depth 500mm, reaching an ultra-high depth-diameter ratio of 100:1, with excellent hole straightness and surface finish, widely applied in mass production of piston rods, valve shafts, mold pins, medical precision shafts and other slender shaft parts.
Description
1. High Rigidity Machine Bed & Casting Structure
The bed, headstock box, drill box and other main load-bearing components are made of resin sand cast iron, and go through two complete aging treatments to fully eliminate internal casting stress, effectively avoiding long-term machine deformation. The bed surface adopts an inclined oil return tank design, which completely avoids residual cutting oil accumulation inside the machine, keeps the internal cavity clean and reduces maintenance frequency. The whole machine is equipped with Taiwan HIWIN heavy-duty linear guide rails for all moving axes, featuring low friction, stable operation and long service life under continuous heavy cutting load.

2. Dual Rotation Processing Principle & Hydraulic Automatic Clamping
This machine adopts reverse rotation cutting mode: the workpiece rotates clockwise, while the gun drill spindle rotates counterclockwise, which greatly reduces cutting vibration and improves hole straightness. For workpiece clamping, the front end of headstock and guide frame are equipped with matching cone discs. The hydraulic system drives the headstock spindle to move axially, automatically positioning and locking both ends of the workpiece through 60° chamfers, realizing one-key automatic clamping and release without manual repeated adjustment, greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency for batch production. The applicable outer diameter of workpieces ranges from Φ15mm to Φ150mm, covering most small and medium-sized shaft blanks.

3. High Speed Drill Box Spindle Assembly
The drill box is equipped with a 5.5KW high-power servo main motor, transmitting power through synchronous belt and synchronous wheel structure, supporting stepless speed regulation up to 6000r/min. The spindle core adopts imported NSK precision bearings for high-speed stable rotation without jumping. The main drive adopts pre-positioning design, which can effectively protect the servo motor from impact during tool change, and the gun drill bar replacement operation is simple and quick. An independent drill bar support rest is configured on the guide frame to hold the long drill bar, eliminate tool shaking during deep drilling and guarantee consistent hole precision.
4. Stable Headstock Workpiece Rotation System
The headstock is driven by a 1.5KW fixed-speed motor, maintaining stable workpiece rotation speed of 117r/min. The spindle is controlled by hydraulic cylinder for axial displacement to complete workpiece clamping and loosening. The pre-positioned drive structure buffers the impact force during blank loading and unloading, reducing wear of internal transmission parts and extending the service life of core components.
5. Servo Feeding Transmission System
The tool feeding axis adopts servo motor matched with Taiwan precision ball screw transmission structure, realizing stepless adjustable feeding speed from 5mm/min to 500mm/min to adapt different workpiece materials and processing requirements. The rapid moving speed reaches 4m/min, which shortens idle stroke time and improves overall production beat. The feeding servo motor outputs 7.5Nm stable torque, ensuring uniform and stable feed force during deep hole cutting without speed fluctuation.
6. Integrated High-Pressure Cooling & Chip Removal System

The standard complete cooling circulation system includes high-pressure pump group, oil chiller, 20μm precision paper filter and chain plate automatic chip conveyor:
Maximum coolant pressure reaches 8MPa, maximum flow rate 100L/min, high-pressure cutting oil flows through the inner hole of gun drill bar to the cutting area, timely taking away cutting heat and fine metal chips;
Independent oil chiller keeps the cutting oil temperature constant, avoiding hole dimensional deviation caused by oil temperature rise during long-time continuous processing;
Paper filter effectively filters tiny metal powder to protect the high-pressure pump and gun drill bar from abrasion;
Chain plate chip conveyor automatically collects metal scraps, centralized discharge without manual frequent cleaning, matching the automatic production line layout. American DEUBLIN high-speed rotary joint is equipped at the spindle end to ensure leak-free high-pressure oil transmission under high rotation speed.
7. GSK Intelligent CNC Control System
The machine is equipped with original Guangzhou CNC GSK system, matching complete set of GSK servo drive and feeding motor. The operation panel integrates flow adjustment control of the cooling system, with Chinese and English bilingual switching for easy operation by foreign operators. The system supports full automatic cycle drilling program editing, storage and calling, with built-in processing parameter memory function for different workpieces. It has complete safety interlock logic: the spindle and feeding axis stop running immediately once the safety door is opened, effectively avoiding operation risks. All low-voltage electrical components adopt Schneider international brand, with stable circuit and low failure rate.

8. Full Closed Safety Protection Structure
The whole machine is surrounded by fully enclosed metal safety guard with transparent observation window, which completely blocks splashing cutting oil and flying metal chips during processing, ensuring operator safety and keeping the workshop environment clean. The safety sliding door is equipped with electrical interlock switch, cutting off all moving axis power once opened. Independent maintenance windows are reserved on both sides of the protective cover for convenient daily inspection and component replacement without removing the whole enclosure.
Core Processing Precision Performance
The machine achieves stable high-precision processing for long-term mass production:
Hole dimensional accuracy reaches IT7~IT10, meeting precision matching requirements of shaft parts;
Machined inner hole surface roughness Ra0.8μm~3.2μm, secondary finishing can be omitted for most workpieces;
Hole inlet and outlet straightness deviation: 0.25mm per 500mm when workpiece rotates, 0.5mm per 500mm for fixed workpiece;
Maximum allowable depth-diameter ratio up to 100:1, capable of processing ultra-narrow deep holes that ordinary drilling machines cannot complete.
