1.1 Main functions of the machine tool:

The 2MK2210 CNC vertical honing machine is an ideal machine for machining deep hole parts. This machine tool is suitable for honing various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes, and cooling holes. The aperture size accuracy of processed parts can reach IT7~IT9, and the surface roughness of the inner hole is Ra0.2~Ra1.6 μ m.

 

2. main component structure of the machine tool:

2.1 Base and workpiece table:

Install a movable worktable on the base, with the worktable moving in the front and rear directions for easy clamping of workpieces. The workbench mobile system consists of servo motors, ball screw pairs, etc.

2.2 Headstock and servo expanding tool system:

The headstock is used to drive the rotation of cutting tools and provide strong torque. The headstock transmission system is composed of servo motors, reducers, and other components.

2.3 Column:

The column is fixed on the base and equipped with a linear guide rail for the reciprocating motion of the spindle box. The reciprocating motion system of the spindle box consists of servo motors, reducers, ball screw pairs, etc. Ball screw pairs have the advantages of smooth transmission, high transmission efficiency, and high precision. The column is equipped with organ style telescopic protection, effectively protecting the linear guide and ball screw pair, and increasing their service life.

2.4 Guide frame:

The guide frame and headstock share a linear guide rail for reciprocating motion, which is used for positioning and tightening the upper end of longer workpieces, and guiding the honing tool.

2.5 Cooling System:

The cooling system adopts a tool external fuel injection type oil supply, mainly used to lubricate and cool the cutting area with circulating liquid medium, while removing chips.

The cooling system adopts an above ground oil tank structure, consisting of a cooling pump, magnetic roller filter, paper bag filter, etc.
