It can be honed as a whole or partially; During local honing, the errors of taper, ellipticity and local aperture of the workpiece can be corrected.

All castings of the machine tool are made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand casting. All castings are normalized after casting to eliminate internal stresses generated during casting. Base and workpiece table:

A movable workbench is installed on the base, and the moving direction of the workbench is front and back, which is convenient for clamping workpieces. Workbench moving system, consists of servo motor, ball screw pair, etc. The workbench is equipped with steel telescopic protection, which effectively protects the linear guide rail and ball screw pair and increases their service life.

The workbench is used to install and fix the workpiece. The center of the workbench has a positioning hole coaxial with the spindle height of the spindle box, which is used to install the tooling fixture. This machine tool is equipped with three-jaw self-centering chuck as standard. Special tooling fixtures are made by users. The table has T-slots for holding workpieces or tooling fixtures.

Spindle box and servo knife expansion system:

The spindle box is used to drive the tool to rotate and provides powerful torque. The spindle box transmission system is composed of servo motor, reducer and so on.

Servo cutter expansion system is used to control the expansion and contraction of honing tool. The servo cutter expansion system is composed of servo motor, precision planetary reducer, ball screw, etc. The expansion and contraction of the honing head is controlled by the servo motor, which can realize both the constant pressure feeding and the quantitative feeding of the honing head.

Column:

The upright column is fixed on the base, and a linear guide rail is installed for the reciprocating motion of the spindle box. The reciprocating motion system of the spindle box is composed of servo motor, speed reducer, ball screw pair, etc. The ball screw pair has the advantages of smooth transmission, high transmission efficiency and high precision. The upright column is equipped with organ-type telescopic protection, which effectively protects the linear guide rail and the ball screw pair and increases their service life.

Guide frame:

The guide frame shares a linear guide rail with the reciprocating motion of the spindle box, which is used to guide the honing tool.

Cooling system:

The cooling system adopts the external oil injection type oil supply of the tool, and its main function is to lubricate and cool the cutting area with circulating liquid medium, and remove chips at the same time.

The cooling system adopts the above-ground oil tank structure, which is composed of cooling pump, magnetic roller filter, paper bag filter, etc.

The machine tool adopts semi-protective structure with beautiful appearance, which can effectively prevent splashing of cutting fluid and protect the environment.

CNC system:

The independent electrical cabinet has good dust-proof effect.
