1.2Deep hole honing  machine  Machine tool functions and uses

It is used for fine machining cylindrical deep hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders and gas cylinders.

It can be honed either as a whole or as a part. When honing locally, the errors of taper, ellipse and local aperture can be corrected.

The expansion and tightening of honing head is controlled by servo motor, which can not only realize constant pressure feed of honing head, but also realize constant volume infeed of honing head.

1.3 Tool oil supply method: external oil injection, internal oil inlet.

1.4 Workpiece clamping

The workpiece is placed on two sets of workpiece brackets, and the workpiece is compressed with a press plate.

1.5. 3 Machine bed

It adopts high quality cast iron precision casting, after two aging treatments, eliminates internal stress, stabilizes structure and size, improves mechanical properties, etc.

The machine bed is equipped with a rolling linear circular guide rail for the reciprocating movement of the tool to meet the requirements of high-speed movement in honing.

The machine bed is equipped with racks for tool feed transmission. The racks are precision machined and heat treated, and the transmission is stable.

The periphery of the bed body is equipped with an oil receiving pan.

The machine adopts casting machine bed, after two aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated, the structure and size are stabilized, and the mechanical properties are improved.

The roller linear circular guide rail is assembled on the machine bed body for the reciprocating movement of the cutter to meet the requirement of high-speed movement in honing.

The rack is assembled in the bed body, which is used for feed transmission of cutting tools. The rack is stable after precision processing and heat treatment.

The oil pan is assembled around the bed body.

1.5. 4 Honing box

It is used to drive the honing head rotation, and the speed of the tool can be adjusted steplessly.

The variable frequency motor drives the spindle to rotate through the gear reducer, and the gear is quenched precisely. The tooth surface of the gear is quenched by high frequency, and the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC48-52. In this way, the gear can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and impact load.

The spindle is supported by a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and thrust ball bearings. The spindle has high accuracy and can withstand relatively large axial and radial forces.

In order to improve the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil is used.

1.5. 5 Workpiece brackets

Support the honing rod during machining and measurement.

2 sets, one set is fixed on the bed body, and the other set moves on the linear guide rail of the bed body.

1.5. 7 Cooling system

Provide cooling lubricant for the cutter.

Mainly by pump, paper belt filter, magnetic roller filter, oil tank and so on.

It can provide external injection and internal injection for the tool, and can be switched on the operation station.

1.5. 8 lubrication system

The slider and rack used for the reciprocating movement of the grinding rod box are automatically lubricated by an automatic lubrication station, and there is a liquid level alarm on the lubrication station.

For the gear and bearing of the grinding rod box, lubricating mechanical oil is injected into the box body, and lubrication is realized through the rotation of the gear.

1.5. 9 Control systems

PLC system control.

Through programming, the reciprocating speed, rotational speed, tool feed, etc. can be set.

The operation station is assembled on the bed body, and the operation panel can be manually rotated, which is convenient for the operation of the machine tool.
