Machine Application:
     The machine is suitable for processing cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, various mechanical hydraulic cylinders, cylindrical through-holes, etc. The machine is mainly used for rough and fine boring of hot-rolled pipes and skiving and burnishing of cold-drawn pipes. When processing hot-rolled pipes, the machine adopts the machining mode that the workpiece rotates and the cutting tool fixed; When processing cold-drawn pipes, the machine adopts the cutting process of the workpiece fixed and the cutting tool rotating; Both processing methods adopt front chips removal during processing, and the boring method is push boring. The oil pressure head supplies oil and removes chips at the chip removal bucket of the headstock.
       The machine bed is cast by high-quality casting iron with strong rigidity. The headstock for workpiece rotation is driven by a motor. The headstock adopt gear reduction structure, 11-gears, with wide speed adjustment range and large rotation torque ; The boring box that drives the boring bar to rotate is driven by a servo motor , two-gears ; The feed system is driven by an AC servo motor; The oil pressure head drives the T-shaped screw through the hydraulic motor, which can move forward and backward to adapt to the length of the workpiece; The control system is SIEMENS808D CNC system, with a color LCD display, which is safe and reliable. Machine main parts introduction :

1. Machine main parts :

This machine consists of the main components such as machine bed, headstock, boring box, oil pressuure head, carriage feed system, oil pressure head moving system, workpiece carrier, boring bar support rest, cooling system, electrical system, hydraulic system, workpiece clamping device, etc.

2. Machine casting parts:

The machine bed, carriage, headstock body, oil pressure head, support rest body, drill box etc. Main parts are cast of high-quality casting iron by resin sand molding method, with reasonable structure and vibration aging treatment to ensure good rigidity, high strength and good precision retention.
3. Machine bed:
The machine bed width is 900mm and height 600mm , total length is 11000mm. The reinforced ribs are distributed inside of the machine bed, guide rail span is 650mm .The guide rail has been quenched at intermediate frequency and has high hardness, high rigidity, high precision, and high wear resistance. It can maintain high stability and high precision despite long-term continuous work. The boring box, boring box carriage,oil pressure head, workpiece carrier, boring bar support rest, headstock are installed on the machine bed, and the installation of each part is kept coaxial; The machine bed has inclined ribs inside of the body, which has good rigidity and stable precision, cast bed will not deform after long-term use.
4. Boring box
The boring box adopt a box-shaped structure, and is equipped with a 55KW servo motor to drive the spindle to rotate. The spindle is through-shaft structure,the radial direction adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings with adjustable radial clearance to support and center, which improves the rotation accuracy and dynamic and static stiffness of the spindle. The axial direction adopts high-precision thrust roller bearings and preloads in the axial direction. The bearings adopt HRB P5 grade bearings, which have high precision, stable transmission and low noise. The transmission mode is that 14M synchronous single wheel drives the spindle to rotate, and the spindle rotates with two speed regulation, and
the speed regulation is stable; Select the high speed gear for machining 40-250mm holes, and select the low speed gear for machining 260-500mm holes.
5. Headstock :
The headstock has a box-shaped structure, and the box body is integrally cast. The power of the motor is 30KW. The motor is fixed on the side of the bed and connected with the headstock,which has good transmission rigidity and good shock resistance. The headstock has 11-stage gear speed change , and the speed range is 30-500r/min; All gears are made of high-quality medium carbon steel, quenched industrial processing; There are three shifting forks on the front of the headstock, and the operator can adjust the shifting fork direction and select different rotating speeds according to the actual situation of the workpiece during processing; The front support of the spindle uses a double-row short cylindrical rolling bearing with a taper in the inner hole, which can adjust the movement accuracy of the spindle. The rear end is a one-way thrust ball bearing and a single-row cylindrical tapered roller bearing, which can make the spindle bear forward and reverse axial forces.
6. Oil pressure head :
The functions of the oil pressure head are: A. Tighten the workpiece; B. Supply cutting oil C. Play the role of guiding and supporting during boring. When boring and burnishing, corresponding guide sleeves and supporting sleeves are selected according to the diameter of boring bar to support boring bar and control the feeding direction of tool; According to the different materials of the workpiece, the processing methods are divided into two types: hot-rolled tube processing, the oil pressure head tightens the workpiece and the
workpiece is rotated by the headstock, and a tool guide sleeve is installed in the oil pressure head to make the tool enter the workpiece smoothly; For cold-drawn tube processing, the oil pressure head tightens the workpiece, the workpiece is fixed, and install the tool guide sleeve for processing.

7 . Feed system:
The drill box feed system is decelerated by a SIEMENS servo motor (motor torque is 40Nm) through a turbine reducer, and then drives the ball screw to do linear reciprocating motion along the machine bed to realize the fast feeding and load feeding of the boring box ; The feed speed is stepless, which can meet the needs of various deep hole machining processes. The ball screw specification is SFU-80 20 .
7. Cooling system :
The cooling system is placed at the back of the machine , which is mainly composed of main oil tank, auxiliary oil tank, cooling oil pump, automatic chips conveyor and oil pipes. The function of cooling liquid is cooling, chips removal and lubrication.
The oil tank of the cooling system consists of main tank and auxiliary tank, the main oil tank conveys the cooling oil to the oil pressure through the oil pipe, and go through the workpiece tightened by the oil pressure head ,then discharged to the auto chips conveyor with cutting chips through the chips removal bucket which is pre-installed the headstock . The cutting oil flows into the auxiliary oil tank, and the oil is pumped into the bag filter of the main

oil tank through two centrifugal pumps of t he auxiliary oil tank, and the oil is filtered, and the oil pump of the main oil tank pumps the oil into workpiece, form a cycle.

The auxiliary oil tank is equipped with two Chinese brand submersible centrifugal pumps, with a power of 5.5 KW, a flow rate of 16m3/h, a lift of 50m, and a total flow rate of 32m3/h; The auxiliary oil tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor, which automatically starts the oil pump according to the liquid level . The two proximity switches of the liquid level sensor are Tianjin Y ike , PNP series;

The main oil tank is equipped with three sets of vane pumps, Japan YUKEN brand, model PV2 R4-200 ,2sets and PV2 R3-153,1set; Two sets of 7.5 KW motors and one set of 5.5 KW motor are selected, and four-stage vertical installation is made.

8. Hydraulic system :

The hydraulic system is used for clamping the oil pressure head carriage. After the oil pressure head tightens the workpiece, the hydraulic system controls the left and right oil cylinders of t he oil pressure head carriage to lock the oil pressure head carriage at the bed guide rail to prevent the oil pressure head from raising its head due to the tightening of the workpiece, causing the machine bus to be misaligned and the workpiece processing accuracy to deviate.

9. Electric control system :

The electrical control is uniformly controlled by SIEMENS 808D control system, which is flexible and reliable. It is also equipped wit h a man-machine control interface of TFT LCD screen, which makes the operation more user-friendly. The machine can be controlled manually or automatically programmed when working.

The machine is equipped with an independent electric cabinet. The circuit breakers and AC contactors in the electric cabinet are CHINT brand. Each control output point has a corresponding circuit breaker and AC contactor to prevent the tripping of a single circuit breaker from causing damage to other components; The layout of electrical components in the electric cabinet is reasonable, the wiring is standardized, and the connecting wires of electrical components have permanent signs consistent with the electrical diagram, which will not fall off or fade.

10. Boring bar support rest :

The machine is equipped with two boring bar support rest. The boring bar support rest play the role of improving the rigidity of the boring bar, reducing vibration and stabilizing the boring bar, making the boring bar rotate more smoothly.

11. Workpiece carrier :

The machine is equipped with 2 workpiece carriers. The workpiece carriers are set to facilitate loading and unloading of workpieces. The carriers can adjust the height of the workpiece up and down to make it easy to center the workpiece.

12. Machine lubrication :

The machine is equipped with a perfect automatic lubrication system for guide rail screws, and important transmission parts and bearings can be perfectly lubricated.
