1.Overview of Machine Tools

1.2 The gun drill drilling method, with a dual-spindle structure, can process two workpieces simultaneously. It is suitable for the processing of concentric holes on shaft-type parts.

1.3 During the processing, the cutting tool rotates and feeds.

1.4 Workpiece clamping: The front end of the spindle of the headstock and the guide frame are equipped with a conical disk. The hydraulic system controls the axial movement of the headstock spindle. 1.7 Drill pipe box

The main shaft rotates through the servo main motor driven by the synchronous belt and synchronous belt pulley. This enables stepless speed adjustment. The maximum rotational speed of the main shaft is 5000 r/min. The dual main shaft structure is equipped with one motor driving the rotation of two main shafts. 1.8 Headstock

Drive the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed of 117 r/min; The spindle can move axially under the control of the hydraulic system, which is used for clamping or loosening the workpiece. The spindle is driven from the front, which is convenient for loading and unloading the workpiece and beneficial for protecting the main motor.

Dual-axis structure, one motor drives the rotation of two main axes.

It can be manually moved along the straight guide rail on the workbench. Once in the desired position, it can be manually locked in place on the workbench using the locking block.

1.9 Tool feed system

The structure uses a servo motor driven by a servo reducer to drive the ball screw. The feed rate of the cutting tool can be adjusted continuously.

1.10 Drill pipe support

One set, used to support the drill pipe. It is equipped with a support sleeve on top, which can absorb the impacts and vibrations generated during the processing.

1.11 Cooling system

It is mainly composed of a high-pressure pump unit, a chain plate chip-discharging machine, an oil cooling machine, a filtration device, etc. On the operation station of the numerical control system, the assembly of the cooling system flow adjustment panel is equipped.

1.12The basic components such as the bed frame and the box are made by resin sand casting and undergo two stages of tempering treatment. The return oil groove of the bed frame is inclined, ensuring no oil accumulation.

1.13 Guide sleeve

It is used for tool guidance, chip removal and supporting the tool shaft. Its front end is equipped with a guiding sleeve for tool guidance; the rear end is fitted with a tool shaft support sleeve for supporting the tool shaft.

1.14 Protection

Full protection.

1.15 Casting oil return channels around the bed body, and installing oil retaining plates on them.
