CNC Gun Drilling With Double Spindle
Gun drilling processing method,DOUBLE spindle structure,can drill TWO workpiece ,suitable for drilling the coaxial hole on shaft parts.

1.Machine brief:
1.1 Processing Capacity :
Drill diameter range: Φ4~Φ20mm
Max. Drill depth :1500mm
Max. Hole length-diameter ratio : 100:1
Workpiece OD range: Φ15~Φ70mm
1.2 Gun drilling processing method,DOUBLE spindle structure,can drill TWO workpiece ,suitable for drilling the coaxial hole on shaft parts.
1.3 When drilling ,both workpiece and cutting tool rotate in opposite directions, cutting tool feeding.
1.4 Workpiece clamping:
The cone disk is mounted in front end of spindle of headstock and guide frame, the hydraulic system control the headstock spindle to move axially, use the cone disk and chamfer on both end of workpiece to clamp and position the workpiece automatically.

1.5 The machine adopts linear guide rail.

1.7 Drill box:
Adopt the servo main motor driving the spindle to rotate through synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, speed stepless could be realized , the max. rotary speed of spindle is 5000r/min ; One motor drives two spindles to rotate . The spindle driver front-located, good for protecting the main motor, and convenient for changing the cutting tool.

1.8 Headstock:
Drive the workpiece to rotate, rotary speed is constant 117r/min;The spindle can move axially under the control of hydraulic system to tighten and loosen the workpiece ; The spindle driver front-located, good for protecting the main motor, and convenient for changing the cutting tool.

1.9 Structure of spindle:
One motor drives two spindles to rotate. It can be manually moved on the linear guide rail of the workbench. After being moved into position, it is manually locked onto the workbench through the locking block.
1.10 Cutting tool feeding system:
Adopt the structure of servo motor driving ball screw, the cutting tool feeding speed stepless could be realized.
1.11 Drill bar support rest :
3 sets , the movement between drill bar support rest and drill box is linked; The distance between drill bar support rests is equal when the drill box locates in any position.

1.12 Coolant system :
Mainly composed of high pressure pump groups, chain plate chips conveyor, oil chiller,filter device and so on . The pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel of the coolant system are installed on the CNC system operation station.
1.13: The machine bed ,box body etc. basic parts are cast by resin sand, through twice aging treatment.The machine bed is designed with slant oil returning slot , so that the cutting oil will not be stored, could return to the oil tank quickly.
1.14 Guide frame:
Used for guiding the cutting tool , discharge cutting chips , supporting the drill bar . The guide sleeve is assembled on its front end , used for guiding the cutting tool ; The drill bar support sleeve is assembled on its rear end, used for supporting the drill bar.
1.15Workpiece support: 2sets
Which are used for the pre-positioning of the workpiece. During the processing, the workpiece is separated from the workpiece. After the processing is completed, the workpiece automatically falls onto the support.
1.16Auto loading and unloading:
Multiple workpieces are placed on the feeding bracket and arranged in a row. The feeding bracket is moved to the processing area. Automatic processing of workpieces; After processing is completed, the feeding bracket will then deliver the workpiece outside the machine tool. Remove the processed workpiece and replace it with a new one to continue processing. The entire feeding action is controlled by the numerical control system.
