2.1 The processing range of the machine tool

2.3 The main structure of the machine tool
2.3.1 Main components of the machine tool
Bed body, bed head box, oiling device, tool holder bracket, drill pipe box, sliding guide rail, gear rack, cooling system, control system, electrical box, workpiece support frame, etc.
2.3.2 Workpiece clamping
The manual three-jaw chuck on the headstock holds one end of the workpiece, while the oiler cone plate automatically clamps the other end of the workpiece.

1.3.3 Machine tool control system
Control system:PLC
Z-axis:Longitudinal feed motion of the drill pipe box,the servo motor drives the gear rack mechanism through a reduction mechanism.
X-axis:The oil dispenser servo tightens the workpiece,and the servo motor drives the gear-rack mechanism through a reduction mechanism.
1.3.4 The basic components such as the box body, bed body and support plate are precisely cast from high-quality cast iron. After casting, they undergo two stages of aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, stabilize the structure and dimensions, and improve mechanical properties.
1.3.5 Bed frame
The bed body is made by resin sand casting and undergoes normalizing treatment after casting. The bed body is of a split structure, assembled together using high-strength bolts and positioned by conical pins.
It adopts double rectangular sliding guide rails, which are precisely ground and have high hardness on the guide rail surface after quenching.
The bed body is equipped with inclined gear racks for tool feed transmission, and the gear racks are precisely processed and quenched. The machine tool has a large load-bearing capacity, sufficient rigidity, and stable transmission.
Internal to the bed body, V-shaped inclined ribs are arranged, providing strong support and being less prone to deformation; the outer wall of the bed body directly supports the guide rails, and the guide rails can withstand large cutting forces. The guide rails have good rigidity and are less likely to deform or shake during processing, which is beneficial for improving the processing quality and efficiency of the machine tool.
Oil return grooves are cast around the bed body, and oil return covers are installed on the grooves. The cutting oil on the bed body automatically returns to the cooling oil tank.
1.3.6 Headstock
It is used to drive the workpiece to rotate and is fixed at the left end of the bed.
It has three manual gears with stepless speed adjustment within the gears. The servo main shaft motor drives the main shaft to rotate through belts and gearboxes. The front end of the headstock is equipped with a manual three-jaw chuck for clamping the workpiece.
The gears are precisely ground; the gear tooth surfaces undergo high-frequency quenching treatment, enabling the gears to have high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and being able to withstand relatively large alternating loads and impact loads.
The external lubricating oil tank provides circulation lubrication for the gears and bearings. A low liquid level alarm device is installed in the oil tank.
Buttons are installed on the headstock body, featuring spindle jog, feed forward, feed backward, and emergency stop functions.
1.3.7 Oil Feeder
Used for tool guidance, tool oil supply, and tool rod support.
The axial movement is driven by a servo motor, which is suitable for processing workpieces of different lengths, as well as for clamping and releasing the workpiece. The servo motor can operate in torque mode or position mode.
The rotating bearing of the oil supply device is installed inside the oil supply device body, with good rigidity and high rotational accuracy.
The rotating seal is installed on the outside of the right end of the oil supply device body, facilitating maintenance.
The right end of the oil supply device is equipped with a tool rod support sleeve, used for supporting the tool rod.
The left end of the oil supply device is equipped with a guide sleeve, a conical disk, and an oil retaining device. The conical disk is used for positioning the workpiece, and the guide sleeve is used for guiding the tool.
The oil retaining device is of push-pull type. The lower part of the oil retaining device is equipped with an oil collection box, allowing the cutting oil to flow back to the oil tank.

1.3.8 Drill pipe box
It is used to drive the rotation of the tool and is installed on the feed base plate.
It has three manual gears with stepless speed adjustment within the gears. The servo main shaft motor drives the main shaft to rotate through belts, pulleys and gear systems.
The left end of the main shaft is equipped with a tool holder connection sleeve for clamping the tool.
The right end of the main shaft is installed with a chip removal chute for discharging chips.
The gears are precisely ground; the gear tooth surfaces undergo high-frequency quenching treatment, so that the gears can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating loads and impact loads.
The external lubricating oil tank provides circulation lubrication for the gears and bearings, and a low liquid level alarm device is installed in the oil tank.
