2.2 Machine functions :

Drilling hole : BTA drilling method, the cutting oil is supplied to the cutting tool through the oil pressure head,space between drill bar and hole wall, and discharge with the cutting chips backward through the drill bar .

Machine processing mode : Workpiece rotate, cutting tool rotate and feed .

 

2.3.1 Main parts of machine

Machine bed, Headstock ,oil pressure head, Drill bar support test ,Drill box , sliding guide rail , Rack and pinion, coolant system , control system , electric cabinet, Workpiece carrier etc. .

 

2.3.2 Workpiece clamping

The manual three-jaw chuck on headstock clamps one end of workpiece, cone disc on oil pressure head tighten another end automatically, the center rest support workpiece .
