TSK2120ZD CNC deep hole drilling and boring combined machine is an ideal machine for processing parts with deep hole . This machine integrates BTA drilling, boring(push boring /Pull boring), Trepanning,Rolling, skiving and burnishing and special-shaped cavity hole machining, is a machine specially desiged for the combined processing.

Machine processing and chips removal methods of deep boring machine :

There are three combinations of machining methods of this machine: ① Workpiece and cutting tool rotation in opposite directions , cutting tool feed ; ② Workpiece rotate , cutting tool fixed and feed ; ③ Workpiece fixed, cutting tool rotate and feed .

Chips removal mode of deep boring machine :

Drilling process of deep boring machine :

① BTA drilling, oil pressure head supplies oil, and chips are removed through the inner hole of the drill bar.

Boring process :

Push boring mode: The oil pressure head supplies oil, and the chips are discharged forward through the machined hole of the workpiece.

Pull boring mode : The oil pressure head supplies oil, and the chips are discharged forward through the machined hole of the workpiece .

Rolling: Roll the surface of hole by rolling head , the oil pressure head supplies oil, and the chips are discharged forward through the basic hole of the workpiece .
