1. Machine bed for TSK2180X23M heavy duty BTA deep hole drilling and boring machine
The guide rail of the machine bed is a rectangular guide rail, which is quenched and has high wear resistance; the machine bed adopts a split structure, which is assembled with high-strength bolts and positioned with taper pins.Single width of guide rail is 300mm, the span width of two guide rails is 1250mm.
The machine bed is equipped with a high-precision rack., which is used for the movement of the drill box feeding carriage (Z1 axis), the servo-tightening and rapid movement of the oil pressure head(Z2 axis), and the manual movement of the steady rest, boring bar bracket and other components. (motorized movement for steady rest and boring bar bracket is optional)
The machine bed body is cast of HT300 cast iron. The internal reinforcing ribs of the machine bed are analyzed and optimized by finite element, so that the layout is more reasonable, the supporting rigidity is large, and the deformation is not easy. The outer wall of the machine body directly supports the guide rail surface, so that the machine guide rail can bear large cutting force. The machine guide rail has good rigidity and is not easy to deform and vibrate during processing, which is beneficial to improve the machining accuracy of the machine.

2. Headstock:
The headstock is with Siemens servo spindle motor.
The headstock is located at the far left of the machine, and a heavy-duty chuck is mounted on the front end of the spindle to clamp the workpiece and drive it to rotate. The headstock of the machine is driven by the main motor through the gear set, which drives the main shaft to rotate, realizes stepless speed regulation, and meets the processing requirements of each aperture.
The headstock drive gear is precision ground. The gear tooth surface is treated by high frequency quenching, so that the gear has high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can bear relatively large alternating load and impact load.
The headstock is lubricated with independent lubricating oil circulation, which is beneficial to improve the life of gears and bearings.

3.Center frame: 5sets for TSK2180X23M heavy duty BTA deep hole drilling and boring machine
The center frame of the machine can be called an idler type center frame. The two support rollers in the lower part of the center frame are the same as the idler rollers. Point support center frame. All three rollers can be adjusted individually by adjusting the screw, and after adjustment, they are locked by bolts. When working, the center frame bracket is also locked on the bed by bolts to enhance the rigidity of the center frame.
The rollers of center frame are hardened, hardness is HRC55-62.
Now the center frame movement is by manual, motorized movement is optional.

4. Oil pressure head:
The main shaft of the oil pressure head and the main shaft of the machine have high concentricity and good rotation accuracy; the replacement of the guide sleeve is convenient and has certain versatility. The front end of the oil pressure head is provided with a protective cover.
The functions of the oil pressure head are: (1) Input coolant to the workpiece and seal it. (2) Support the drill (boring) bar. (3) Drill (boring) head guide. (4) Support and tighten the workpiece.
The movement of the oil pressure head is driven by the servo motor and the precision planetary reducer to drive the gear shaft to rotate, and form a transmission system with the rack of the bed to realize the rapid movement of the oil dispenser and the servo-tightening of the workpiece (Z2 axis). The size of the workpiece pressing force can be adjusted by controlling the torque of the servo motor.
