Ultra-Rigid Cast Iron Bed, Stable Long-Term Machining Precision
All core base components including machine bed, headstock and drill box adopt high-strength HT300 resin sand castings, with double aging treatment and normalizing process to eliminate internal casting stress.Split-type bed assembled with high-strength bolts and taper pin positioning, equipped with wide double rectangular quenched sliding guide rails. Internal V-shaped inclined reinforcing ribs greatly enhance bearing rigidity, effectively resist vibration under heavy cutting force, guaranteeing excellent straightness of deep holes.The surrounding cast oil return trough with oil shield enables automatic recovery of cutting fluid for recycling.
Powerful Dual Spindle Drive & Servo Feeding System
Headstock & Drill Box: Each equipped with independent 37kW servo spindle motor, manual 3-speed shifting with stepless speed regulation within each gear, speed adjustable 30–1000r/min. Precision ground high-frequency quenched gears bear heavy impact load, equipped with independent circulating lubrication tank with low liquid level alarm.
X & Z Servo Axis: Both match 19Nm/3kW servo motors, max feed force up to 60KN, rapid traverse speed reaches 2000mm/min. The servo oil pressure head supports torque & position dual mode to automatically tighten workpieces for stable clamping.
Automatic drill bar support rest linkage mechanism: The carriage pulls the support back to initial position during tool retraction, fully stabilizing long drill bars to eliminate machining chatter.

High-Pressure Circulation Cooling System
Large 4700L integrated oil tank (floor-mounted, no pit digging required), max cooling pressure 2.5MPa, max flow 400L/min. Retractable protective cover prevents debris from falling into the tank. Optional supporting accessories include oil chiller, chain plate automatic chip conveyor and drum filter to reduce manual cleaning labor and extend cutting fluid service life.
