Hydraulic Cylinder Deep Hole Drilling Machine
TGK25D CNC deep hole skiving and roller burnishing machine is an ideal machine for machining deep hole parts. This machine can be used for boring, skiving, rolling, etc. It is a machine specially designed for compound machining. This machine is suitable for machining various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes and cooling holes. The accuracy of hole size of machined parts can reach IT7 ~ IT9, and the surface roughness of inner hole is Ra0.1 ~ 0.4 μ m.
Description

**1. Machine Bed**
- Features two hardened rectangular guide rails for enhanced wear resistance.
- Split design assembled with high-strength bolts and aligned with taper pins.
- Right side: High-precision ball screw pair (Z1 axis) for boring bar box feed and rapid movement, driven by a servo motor to ensure smooth operation, high efficiency, and extended tool life.
- Left side: Trapezoidal screw pair (Z2 axis), servo-driven for oil feeder advance and clamping, with self-locking to prevent back movement.
- Guide rails include external protective covers for effective leak prevention.
**2. Headframe**
- Fixed at the left end of the bed.
- Right side: Equipped with a taper disc for workpiece positioning/clamping and a guide sleeve for tool support.
- Left side: Chip removal cylinder directs chips and coolant into the conveyor.
**3. Workpiece Bracket**
- Supports workpieces during clamping, positioned slightly below the final clamped height.
- Adjustable via a handwheel-driven reduction mechanism to accommodate various outer diameters.
- Reduction mechanism ensures easy and smooth operation.
**4. Servo Clamping Device**
- Clamps workpieces using a servo motor, precision planetary reducer, and bidirectional trapezoidal lead screw.
- Provides self-centering, with adjustable speed and clamping force.
- Clamping sequence can be manually set and occurs after workpiece positioning.
**5. Oil Pressure Head**
- Core component for tool guidance, coolant supply, boring bar sealing, and workpiece positioning/clamping.
- Left end features a 60° taper disc for workpiece engagement.
- Movement (Z2 axis) driven by the trapezoidal screw pair on the bed.
**6. Boring Bar Box**
- Mounted on the feed carriage to drive tool rotation and feed.
- AC servo spindle motor drives the spindle via belts and gears; front end holds a boring bar clamping sleeve.
- Gears are precision-ground and high-frequency hardened for durability, strength, and resistance to heavy loads.
- Independent circulating lubrication system prolongs gear and bearing life.
**7. Boring Bar Support**
- Supports the boring bar with a sleeve that absorbs machining vibrations and shock.
- Hook-designed bracket moves with the boring bar box during retraction and releases automatically at preset positions.
**8. Cooling System**
- Provides coolant for lubrication, cooling, and chip removal.
- Consists of a motor-pump supply system with adjustable flow.
- Above-ground tank design: coolant flows through the workpiece, passes through a chip conveyor, and is filtered (screen → magnetic → drum filter) before returning to the clean tank.
- Includes sensors and displays for pressure, flow, level, and temperature.
- Optional oil mist separator and cooler available.
**9. Hydraulic System**
- Powers hydraulic shifting of the boring bar box and automatic tool expansion/contraction.
**10. Control System**
- Independent dust-proof electrical cabinet with internal cooling for stable device operation and longevity.
- Equipped with Siemens CNC and Delixi Electric components; other CNC brands available upon request.
