1. Machine Application This machine is used for coaxial hole drilling of cylindrical workpieces, adopting the gun drilling processing method. 2. Drilling Method Gun Drilling Mode: Internal oil supply and external chip removal. Cutting oil passes through the rotary joint at the rear end of the spindle in the drill headstock, the inner bore of the drill headstock spindle and the inner bore of the tool bar to reach the cutting edge. The cutting oil carries chips through the V-groove on the outer surface of the tool bar into the guide holder, and then into the chip conveyor.
