Large Spindle Bore Gap Bed Lathe Machine

CK61100D machine is a large horizontal lathe with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC system and full digital AC servo system. The main drive of turning is automatic two-gear stepless speed change, two linkage control shafts, Z-axis and X-axis adopt ball screw pair plus AC servo motor to realize longitudinal and lateral movement, semi-closed-loop control, which has good positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy.

The machine bed surface is flat-V structure. It is cast with high strength resin sand and quenched with medium frequency. The hardness is HRC50 and the quenching depth is deeper, which is beneficial to the second grinding of the machine tool. The machine tool body has strong rigidity, large bearing capacity and good stability. The trawler is plasticized (PTFE soft belt). Because PTFE material contains lubricating elements, the dynamic and static friction coefficients of the trawler are smaller, which greatly reduces the friction between the trawler and the bed guide surface and prevents creeping. The machine tool bed is cast with an arch door for backward chip removal. The chips are directly discharged into the chip plate, which is convenient for chip removal and cleaning.
