The 2MK2210 CNC vertical honing machine is built as a go-to solution for deep-hole machining, particularly suited for Engine Parts Vertical Honing Machine applications. It handles hydraulic cylinders, spindle bores, cylinder holes, and cooling passages with ease. Dimensional accuracy lands between IT7 and IT9, while surface finish falls within Ra0.2–Ra1.6 μm.
This Engine Parts Vertical Honing Machine supports both full-bore and spot honing. When spot honing is active, it can fix taper, ovality, or local diameter deviations in the workpiece.
All castings follow a box-type design philosophy, backed by finite-element optimization. The result? A structure that balances mass, rigidity, and precision-no excess weight, no flimsy spots.
High-strength cast iron and resin-sand molding are used throughout. After casting, every part gets normalized to relieve internal stress. Base & Worktable
A movable worktable sits on the base, traveling front-to-back for easy loading. Servo motor + ballscrew drive the motion, and steel telescopic covers shield the guides and screw from swarf and coolant-extending service life noticeably.
The worktable holds the workpiece. Its center has a positioning hole coaxial with the spindle for fixturing; a three-jaw self-centering chuck comes standard, while special jigs are user-made. T-slots (parallel to travel) let you clamp workpieces or fixtures securely.
Spindle Box & Servo Expansion
The spindle box delivers rotational power and high torque via a servo motor and reducer.
The servo expansion unit-motor, precision planetary reducer, and ballscrew-controls honing tool diameter. It supports both constant-pressure and constant-feed expansion modes, giving you flexibility for roughing or finishing passes.
Column
Fixed to the base, the column carries linear guides for spindle-box reciprocation. A servo motor, reducer, and ballscrew handle the up/down motion-smooth, efficient, and precise. An organ-type cover keeps chips and fluid off the guides and screw, boosting durability.
Cooling System
External oil-jet cooling does three jobs: lubricates, cools the cut zone, and flushes chips away. The above-ground tank setup includes a coolant pump, magnetic roller filter, and paper-bag filter-keeping fluid clean and consistent.
Machine Enclosure
Semi-enclosed design looks tidy and stops coolant splatter from making a mess around the shop floor.
CNC System
A standalone electrical cabinet keeps dust out, and its built-in cooler maintains a steady temperature for all electronics-so components last longer and the system stays reliable. The controller is GSK, with branded low-voltage parts throughout.
